A little about me….
Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen with my grandmother in the Dominican Republic. I was small, mostly watching at first, but she slowly started letting me help—teaching me the basics, and sharing recipes that never needed to be written down.
That’s where everything started for me. It wasn’t just about cooking—it was about the feeling of bringing people together, From that moment on, I fell in love with food, not just as a craft, but as a way to connect with people.
I’ve been the Executive Chef at three restaurants in Peekskill, NY for over four years. I create new menus each week, develop specials, and focus on keeping things fresh and exciting.
I’m experienced in a variety of nutritional styles and enjoy tailoring meals to fit each person’s goals—whether that’s gluten-free, keto, high-protein, or just really good, satisfying food. For me, it’s about making food that works for your lifestyle, but still feels like something you genuinely enjoy eating.
